Let's restructure city operations to create efficiency, prioritize targeted grants, improve local traffic patterns, and engage in strategic partnerships, rather than raise taxes, to address police recruitment challenges.
Our food options and once vibrant name brand retailers in Bowie have dwindled, look at the state of Pointer Ridge Shopping Center. It's time for a positive change – let's incentivize name brand retailers and anchor restaurants to join our thriving economy. This economic boost will help us reduce taxes for seniors on fixed incomes and attract a STEAM focused schools.
Why do we miss out on amazing opportunities while other similar cities thrive? Bowie has immense potential to offer the world. Let's transform the culture and invest heavily in the future of our children by establishing an innovation center with co-working spaces that provide access to local environmental initiatives and renewable energy.
